Whether it’s family, friendships, love, or work – what constitutes a healthy relationship?
Join us to explore your relationship patterns and how you think and feel about the different people in your life. This will be more of a reflective space rather than a training space. We will provide a setting within which you can hold up a mirror to your relationships and understand them, and yourself, better. The workshop will address different themes across the sessions, including identifying important relationships, styles of attachment, and how to understand and to communicate our needs.
