As the pandemic ensnares our world, help and support might not be available readily. Most of us find ourselves surrounded with many emotions magnified by isolation, loss, fear of loss, or just numbness. Sometimes, it is even difficult to put a finger on what we might be feeling.
While journaling is often misunderstood as an arduous, daily writing task, it can serve as a concrete tool to safely contain and explore daily thoughts, feelings, complex emotions, goals and achievements. Whether you are verbally or artistically inclined, or someone who does not feel comforted by either, this workshop accommodates all.
For those who want to go on this journaling journey with us, we have collaborated with The FunkyBunny to fulfill any journaling needs you might have – from notebooks, to funky pens, and anything else you might need.
Head on over to their website https://www.thefunkybunny.com to check out their stuff. We will send over the coupon code to you once you register. Imagine: books, pens, colors and your thoughts! Participants will receive a 15% discount on products of their choice. Register to receive the coupon code !

About the facilitators
Gunjan’s curiosity about the discipline of education and its impact on society has shaped her decisions about her career. She dreams of a community school where emotions have a significant place, sustainability is a way of life and collaborative learning is encouraged. Stories fascinate her immensely, and she believes that they are a powerful medium of communication and learning.
Pratiksha wanted to be a lot of things before she decided to become a therapist. However, the theme of stories, unique narratives, and nuances of language has been dominant in everything she does. She has been exploring her role as a therapist with HNI at Kairos (Delhi) and nurturing her dream to build safe spaces for people to embrace their emotions, and share their stories.
