The Therapeutic Community(TC) experience is designed with the aim to offer mental health care providers with a space to explore, understand, and experience some of the crucial concepts that are at play in almost every therapeutic setting, such as attachment, containment, agency, boundaries, and communication.
However, this webinar series does not qualify or certify you to work as a Therapeutic Community Practitioner.

Who is it for ?
Mental health care providers working in group settings, rehabilitation centers, inpatient settings, shelter homes, and other residential care settings.
Please Note: If you are enrolled in the Group Analytic Psychotherapy training in India, do not register for this webinar so as to avoid boundary conflicts.
Structure:
This workshop will be conducted over four weekends (8 sessions) where Saturdays will focus on Knowledge Sharing, and Sundays will be dedicated to the Micro TC. It is essential to commit to all 8 sessions for a complete experience.
Objectives :
– Learn about the TC methodology
– Experience being a member of a transient Micro TC
– Understand what goes into creating safe therapeutic spaces
– Explore and understand the power dynamics at play in a MH system
– Reflect on the role you play in the larger mental health system
– Reflect on your life, relationship to self, others, & the world around
