After completing Bachelor’s in Philosophy and MSc Counseling Psychology, Arushi started working with Hank Nunn Institute as a psychologist along with handling the organization’s operations in New Delhi. She has been engaged with service users in individual therapy for 4 years now and is keen on beginning therapeutic work in group settings. Her love for tea and stimulating conversations was blended to create Chai-logue, a series of community awareness programs in Delhi. Presently, she works as a psychotherapist with the Delhi team. She also plays guitar, and tries her hand at painting when she is not thinking about the future of humanity.
