Krishna is a Community Mental Health Practitioner. It is a title she chose for herself and she intends to spend her time at HNI discovering the different possibilities that that title holds. She has a Masters in Development Studies from Azim Premji University and has also completed the South Asian Diploma in Narrative Practices in 2022. She is currently training to qualify as a Group Analyst. She previously worked with Kudumbashree NRO where she worked with women run self help groups in Uttar Pradesh. Since joining Hank Nunn Institute, she has been involved in various projects that look into creating mental health friendly spaces in collaboration with various organisations and community settings. She aspires to bring mental health based interventions to those who are systemically denied access to it. She also hopes to bring safe and empowering spaces to people who have been deprived of them.
